As the second person at CoreIT, Magnus Lundin has become a Certified Project Manager through Westhagens education. This together with Berth Brandell who already has the same certification.
In 2010, Magnus has attended Westhagen Certified Project Manager and received a diploma in December in Umeå.

Overall objective
The program aims to develop the knowledge and understanding of how to manage and run projects.
The program provides answers to the questions:
– What critical control factors need to be developed?
– How to plan, launch, manage and deliver in an efficient way while creating commitment throughout the project organization?
– What plans, documents and agreements are needed for the rational management of different types of assignments? How to avoid unnecessary bureaucracy?
– How can you create team collaboration and motivation?
– How to pool project resources?
Certified Project Manager has been designed to have the following focus:
– Increase the project manager’s self-awareness in their development of the project management role.
– Increase the project manager’s ability to create good conditions in the team.
– Develop collaboration between project managers, specialists, project members and responsible line managers.
– Provide a better understanding of effective communication and an ability to empower the team.
– Create an understanding of the main critical success factors to succeed as a project manager.
– Develop a way of working that is applicable in projects and processes but also in ongoing assignments.
