Sometimes openly, sometimes without the organization having had time to set clear frameworks.   <\/p>\n\n<p>Employees test new tools, summarize texts, analyze data or help with formulations and problem solving. They often want to work smarter and more efficiently, but lack clear answers on what tools can be used, what information is allowed and how to handle sensitive material.   <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Questions the organization needs to be able to answer<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n<p>For AI to be used safely, the organization needs to create clarity around fundamental issues:  <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Which AI tools are approved?  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What information can be used in AI tools?  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>How should personal data be handled?  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>What about customer data and sensitive material?  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Who is responsible for monitoring and guidelines?  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Without clear answers, it is difficult for employees to do the right thing, even when the intentions are good.  <\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Clear frameworks make AI easier to use correctly<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n<p>AI can bring great benefits to everyday life, but only if it is used in a way that the organization can follow up and stand behind.  <\/p>\n\n<p>CoreIT helps companies develop guidelines, assess and approve tools, and create structure for AI use.
