Skogslöparna was founded in 1968 and is now Ångermanland’s largest orienteering club with about 300 members, of which about a hundred are active. The activities consist of orienteering and ski orienteering. Skogslöparna has also organized and carried out a number of major ski competitions, including the Swedish Championships at Skyttis twice, national team selections and Sweden Cup competitions.
