The Printing Solution is based on software that automatically monitors the consumption levels of your organization’s printers. As a customer and user, you don’t have to go to the printer every time it warns you of low toner – and you don’t have to spend time comparing prices and delivery times for consumables.

Here’s how it works
CoreIT takes responsibility for informing you when any of your printers are in need of new supplies.
When a printer reaches a consumption level of 20% or less, CoreIT sends a notification email together with a quote. The email indicates which printer is involved and which consumables need to be replaced.
You only need to approve the quote for new consumption to be sent. Once the quote is approved, CoreIT will confirm this with an order confirmation and provisional delivery time.
