Counter external IT threats with Kaspersky and Clavister

Welcome to an interesting seminar on how to protect yourself against external IT threats and what solutions are available to counteract the problems.

Kaspersky shows how to tackle the problem of DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service), which are coordinated attacks against internet-based services. You will also see how Kaspersky’s Light Agent product protects against malware (MalWare) in virtual devices. Clavister will talk about “Smart Cities”, a solution for creating secure wireless networks, and also about outsourcing IT services from a security perspective.

Today’s agenda

We will split the afternoon into two sessions where we will get a good overview of the threats we face and what can be done to tackle the problems.

DDoS is a security threat that is on the rise and even smaller websites are being attacked. Kaspersky shows how DDoS Protection tackles the problem. We also look at how Light Agent protects against MalWare on virtual devices.
