The skills days continue and it is now the turn of Symantec, a leading software provider.

Backup solutions and mobile devices

During the afternoon, we will go through how to get an effective backup environment with today’s solutions and how companies can address the challenges when employees want to connect smartphones and tablets to the network to work on them. Our Competence Day is aimed at those in senior IT positions as well as IT staff with a focus on communication, security, etc.

Pass 1 – Backup

We’ll start the day with an overview of Backup Exec, which protects virtual and physical environments, simplifies both backup and recovery, reduces storage, and offers unrivaled recovery capabilities in a single solution. The Backup Exec 3600 Appliance offers integrated software and hardware for a simple, complete and cost-effective backup and recovery solution.

Pass 2 – Mobile devices

Symantec Mobile Device Management is a trusted mobile device management platform that provides secure control and evolution of the mobile environment.

Pass 3 – Other

During the last session, we will get information about Symantec’s encryption solutions, Encryption Software. We will also get an insight into Datacenter Security, the security platform for virtualized networks.

Evening activity
