CoreIT has worked with the Ångermanland Ski Association to sponsor the county’s cross-country skiing youth, aged 17-20, with a training course in “Mental Health”.
On 4 occasions, the young people will meet We & Sports who will talk about the importance of mental health on life in general and performance in sports. Based on their own experiences, We & Sports have developed a training program where both young people, coaches and parents can benefit greatly from the material. Among other things, they talk about well-being and go through risk factors, health factors and how to strengthen their resilience and mental health with the help of various tips and tools.
