100,000 cases in HelpIT

HelpIT is a case management system that, together with CoreIT’s Service Desk function, helps customers with general IT support, IT orders, support and follow-up of cases.

Today, HelpIT passed 100,000 service requests, which is worth celebrating with cake! HelpIT is used by CoreIT’s service desk, but also as a service where, for example, the companies’ own IT departments use HelpIT for their cases, which are resolved internally or escalated when the need for consulting services is needed.
